Introduction – Purpose of This Project: A new challenge for Japanese wine begins now. In May 2026, VINEXPO ASIA, one of the world's largest wine trade fairs, will be held in Hong Kong.

Soryu Winery in Yamanashi Prefecture has unveiled its new storage facility, "Budobashi Cellar," to the media for the first time!
