Full of New Charm! Okunoda Winery (Yamanashi Prefecture)

August is here, and summer is in full swing! It's the time of year when the grapes grow rapidly.

Our coverage team headed to Koshu City, Yamanashi Prefecture, in the height of summer.
We heard that a beautiful new building had appeared in the Enzan area, close to the Katsunuma area where many wineries are clustered.

That was our destination:Okunota Winery.

We spoke with owner and winemaker Masakazu Nakamura about his philosophy and dedication to viticulture and winemaking.
