Amid all this excitement, the booth of Bellwood Vineyard, a rising-star winery in the host city of Kaminoyama, was notably packed with a huge crowd of visitors.
This time, we spoke with Mr. Suzuki of Bellwood Vineyard, which opened in the autumn of 2020, about his passion for winemaking.
It is no exaggeration to say that the charm of Bellwood Vineyard lies directly in the personality of its owner, Mr. Suzuki.
The wonderful taste of these wines directly conveys his love for local grapes transformed straight into the bottle, a flavor that is sure to stir up a fresh new sensation in Yamagata's thriving winemaking scene!
