When you hear Takahata Winery, many of you likely think of Chardonnay white wine.

In fact, out of Japan's total Chardonnay production of around 1,500 tons, this winery cultivates about 130 tons—nearly 10% of the entire national output.

Takahata Winery is truly a renowned region for Chardonnay. First, let's take a closer look at the charm of its vineyards!

Having reported on numerous wineries, we have never seen one as advanced in mechanization as Takahata Winery. With cutting-edge destemmer-crushers and robotic arms that handle boxing automatically, it felt like a "factory of the future."

At the recently held IWSC (International Wine and Spirits Competition), Takahata Winery's flagship red wine, "Arkadia Select Harvest," was awarded a GOLD medal.

Our reporting team was deeply intrigued by this wine as well, and we were completely captivated by the array of wonderful wines.
