A small winery beside a river in Katsunuma.
In French, belle means “beautiful, lovely, splendid,”
and vigne means “grapevine.”
With harmony with nature in mind, from soil preparation through bottling,
we make wine as though raising it.
There are many approaches to grape growing. At La Belle Vigne, we practice lutte raisonnée, reducing the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides as much as possible.
Beginning with soil preparation, we consider harmony with nature, and in the cellar we aim to raise the wine as a natural extension of the grapes while placing as little stress on it as possible.
A wine made exclusively from Muscat Bailey A grown in Enzan, Koshu City.
Certified GI Yamanashi.
It pairs well with lighter meat dishes such as pork and yakitori.
Bright ruby in color, it is fruity yet savory, with a firm structure.
