On Friday, November 3 (public holiday), Shidax Naka-Izu Winery Hills will release "Izu Nouveau 2023," a new-vintage wine crafted from grapes harvested this year.
Furthermore, to celebrate the release, events such as free tastings of the new-vintage wine on the release day and the sale of an all-you-can-drink wine plan will also be held.

About "Izu Nouveau 2023"
"Izu Nouveau 2023" comes in two varieties: red wine and white wine.
The red wine is made from "Yama Sauvignon," a cross between wild mountain grapes and Cabernet harvested in late September; this year, it has been crafted into an easy-drinking, fruity, slightly sweet nouveau with moderate, well-balanced acidity.
Meanwhile, the white wine is made from "Shinano Riesling" harvested and vinified in late August, fermented using only wild yeast.
It is finished as slightly dry to accentuate its crisp green apple-like aroma and refreshing acidity.

【Senbon-biki (String-Pull Lottery)】
