We at Takeda winery are located on south-facing high ground not far from Yamagata's Kaminoyama Onsen resort, at the foot of the Zao Mountain Range. Since our founding in 1920, with the motto "Good wine comes from good grapes," we have continued grape cultivation, starting from soil preparation, and winemaking.
