About Asahi Yoshu Soleil Wine
A tiny three-person winery quietly located in a residential area of Yamanashi City.\n\nThe winery uses only grapes from its own vineyard of less than one hectare and from local growers within a five-kilometer radius. The owner couple, who are both grape growers and winemakers, carefully vinify grapes only from trusted farmers whose work they can closely follow.\n\nIn their own vineyard, low-fertilizer grass-cover cultivation helps maintain balanced vine vigor, while harvest timing is finely adjusted according to ripeness to produce concentrated grapes with depth and character.
