Vineyard
The vineyard lies on distinctive local soil: fertile, well-drained volcanic ash formed by eruptions over tens of thousands of years and enriched with abundant organic matter from burned kaya grass and pampas grass.\n\nAt an elevation of about 300 meters, the site benefits from the pronounced day-night temperature swings of a highland climate. It is also close to an area where snowmelt from Mt. Daisen naturally springs from the ground, and this pure water helps bring out the freshness and juiciness of the grapes. The area is blessed with excellent conditions for growing high-quality grapes.
