This is a cool highland area at an elevation of 850 meters.
Our six hectares of vineyards lie on south-facing mountain slopes. Without relying on contract growers, our own staff cultivate European wine-grape varieties such as Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, using vertical trellising and controlling yields.
At the Stone-Oven Workshop restaurant, we serve stone-oven pizzas and other dishes cooked in the stone oven, along with Italian cuisine made with vegetables from our own fields and local farms, all designed to pair beautifully with wine. Barbecue is also available with advance reservation.
We offer a wide variety of seating, including standard restaurant tables, terrace seating overlooking the vineyards, a covered terrace with grapevines growing across the ceiling, and private rooms where pets are welcome.
