ABOUT
Domaine Chaud is a small winery where a husband and wife passionately craft small batches of wine made from 100% domestically grown grapes. We make wine simply, thinking from the soil up. In French, "Domaine" refers to a winery in the Burgundy region that grows grapes and makes wine. Domaine Chaud is a small domaine named after "Sho" (小) from our family name, Kobayashi. Additionally, "Chaud" means "hot" or "passionate" in French. We craft wine with a passionate heart.
