DOMAINE YUI makes wine in Yoichi Town, Hokkaido.
Blessed with the bounties of the sea and mountains, this land features numerous ruins from the Jomon period, and it is known that people have settled here since ancient times.
Long hours of sunlight, diurnal temperature variation, and breezes blowing out to sea. Taking advantage of a climate well-suited to fruit cultivation, we grow grapes relying as little as possible on agricultural chemicals.

Yoichi Town has a relatively mild climate for Hokkaido due to the influence of the warm Tsushima Current flowing north through the Sea of Japan. Summers bring many clear days, and the large temperature difference between day and night makes it possible to harvest grapes that combine excellent ripeness with abundant acidity.
