Domaine Mont (ドメーヌ モン)

Domaine Mont is a small farm and winery where Atsuo Yamanaka, who trained in grape cultivation and winemaking for 2 years (2014–2016) under Takahiko Soga of Domaine Takahiko, became independent in the spring of 2016, growing only Pinot Gris in an approximately 3 ha vineyard (cultivated area of 1.5 ha, 5,000 vines) located at an elevation of around 50 m in Nobori-cho, Yoichi-cho, Yoichi-gun, Hokkaido.
