10Rワイナリー (10R Winery)

10R (Toaru) winery is a custom crush winery (contract winemaking facility). Using only grapes grown in Hokkaido, we aim to craft high-quality wine.

While custom crush is common in the West, it may not yet be widely known in Japan. By supporting local grape growers in cultivating high-quality grapes and helping craft them into one-of-a-kind wines, our goal is to bring out the full potential of Hokkaido as a wine region.
