We hope to cherish and nurture these natural blessings together with the local community,
and contribute to the region through winemaking.
We will continue to face both cultivation and vinification with seriousness and keep challenging ourselves to try new things.
Kobayashi has a relatively warm climate and receives considerable rainfall. To grow high-quality grapes, the winery uses overhead trellis training even for wine-grape varieties.\n\nThe vines are also covered with plastic to help manage rainfall, temperature, and humidity. Soil is analyzed in different parts of the vineyard and fertilization plans are designed accordingly, steadily creating an environment better suited to grape growing.
Miyazaki Prefecture is home to many wineries, and Kobayashi is the prefecture’s leading grape-growing area.\n\nThe winery is committed to making its own wines using 100% grapes grown in Kobayashi.
The shop carries Kobayashi wines together with wine accessories and local specialties from Kobayashi City.\n\nOriginal products such as house-made bread and dried fruit are also available.
The café has 22 seats.\n\nAt the counter overlooking Kobayashi City, guests can enjoy Kobayashi wine and house-made bread.\n\nCoffee, soft drinks, and seasonal original beverages are also available.
