At a time when Minamata disease dominated public attention, Fukuda Farm began under the wishes of Miha, the previous generation’s mother, by clearing woodland spread across the Yunoko plateau.

The winery offers a wide variety of products, from Fukuda Farm's original amanatsu citrus sangria to seasonal limited releases. Their refreshing, easy-drinking style is especially popular even with people who do not usually drink much alcohol.

Fukuda Farm was created from a wish to make a place where everyone, from children to older visitors, could relax while looking out over the sea.
With that vision, the forested site was cleared by hand beginning in 1960.
Today the grounds include citrus orchards, a rare juicing and processing facility, and a restaurant serving local produce, bringing the delicious bounty of Kyushu and the Shiranui area to the table through a “Farm to Table” approach.

A neighborhood bakery and café using ingredients from the local area. One of its signature products is amanatsu bread made with citrus peel, a favorite with many regular customers. The shop also sells citrus soft-serve ice cream and tea, along with handmade goods created by local craftspeople.
