高橋葡萄園

We cultivate wine grapes in Ohasama-cho, Hanamaki City, Iwate Prefecture, and have been crafting and selling our own wine since 2015. Guided by words learned in Austria as our philosophy, we produce healthy, properly ripened grapes and use them to make wine. To bring out the flavor of the grapes as much as possible, winemaking is carried out carefully so as not to place stress on the must or wine. Making the most of the climate and natural environment of Ohasama, where we were born and raised, we aim for a flavor that is "soft yet with a firm core."
