We want people to enjoy moments that make them feel a little kinder. Holding that wish close, our whole family grows apples and grapes together. At our seaside winery, we draw out the natural flavors and aromas of the fruit to make wines and ciders with a natural character.
We hope you will spend a gentle moment recalling your family, close friends, or familiar scenes from your hometown.
In May 2013, Three Peaks Winery began with the ambitious dream of creating a new culture. The first step was winemaking. We wanted to establish the Sanriku coastal region as a wine-producing area and welcome many visitors from Japan and abroad. Believing that even a great dream begins with a small step, we rented land in Ofunato City and planted grapevines, while also leasing an apple orchard in Yonesaki, Rikuzentakata City. Until the grapes began to bear fruit, we sold apples and apple juice. Leasing the orchard also gave us a new goal: making cider.
