Yoichi terroir and Italian technique
support our approach to winemaking.
With trellised vineyards cultivated since the 1980s (approximately 16 hectares)
and a winery that combines lessons from traditional Italian methods with modern technology,
we aim to make wines recognized around the world.
More than 16 hectares of estate vineyards are entirely trained on trellises.\n\nThe winery has inherited the skills and knowledge of Takeshi Fujimoto, a master grower who has cultivated wine grapes in Yoichi since the 1980s.
The winery learns both traditional Italian methods and the latest techniques from Riccardo Cotarella, one of modern Italy’s leading enologists and a key figure in the modernization and quality improvement of Italian wine, and passionately pursues winemaking with global ambitions.
