森臥ワイナリー (Shinga)

We at "森臥winery" (Shinga winery) are dedicated to grapes from Nayoro, aiming to craft wines that express the northern land. To overcome the cold of the far north, we light fires during frost to protect the grapevines. The vineyard is filled with dandelions in spring and white clover in autumn. Nurtured amidst the great nature of the four seasons, our wines have an established reputation for richness and depth.
