Benjamin Steakhouse Kioicho to Hold Chateau Mercian Maker’s Dinner on February 24

Benjamin Steakhouse Tokyo Garden Terrace Kioicho has collaborated with a number of leading wineries from around the world.

On Tuesday, February 24, it will hold a maker’s dinner in collaboration with Chateau Mercian.

With Chateau Mercian Wines

This will be the eighth installment in Benjamin Steakhouse Tokyo Garden Terrace Kioicho’s series of winery collaborations.

Six carefully selected wines will be presented by Chateau Mercian, which continues to communicate the appeal of Japanese wine.

Benjamin Steakhouse, known for premium USDA-certified prime beef, will offer a course centered on USDA Prime filet mignon and using traditional Nagano ingredients, designed to harmonize with the delicacy of Japanese wines.

Special Guest

The special guest for the evening will be Hironori Kobayashi, General Manager of Chateau Mercian.

Kobayashi is one of the creators of Koshu Kiiroka and has served as head of Mariko Winery since 2019.

He will speak about the appeal of internationally recognized Japanese wine and his approach to winemaking.
