About the Event Program
For this winemaker's dinner, after arriving at the hotel, guests will first head to Manns Wines Komoro Winery.
After touring the autumn Chardonnay vineyards and the expansive Japanese garden, guests will enjoy a tasting of the "SOLARIS" series.
The tasting will reportedly include a comparative tasting with rare back vintage wines specially prepared for this event.
After returning to the hotel, a one-night-only winemaker's dinner will be served.
Focusing on ingredients from Shinshu just like the wines, guests will enjoy an eight-course meal featuring Atelier de Fromage cheeses throughout, paired with exquisite wines.
In particular, the pairing set of two gold medalists—"SOLARIS Chikumagawa Shinano Riesling Cryo-Extraction 2021," which won the Grand Gold (Grand Or) at an international wine competition, and "Hisui (Blue Cheese)," which won the Super Gold (Super Gold Best 16) at a global cheese award—is truly magnificent.
