"Château Mercian Katsunuma Winery Festival" is a Japanese wine-related festival that was immensely popular last year as well.
It has been announced that "Château Mercian Katsunuma Festival 2021" will be held for three days, from Friday, November 5 to Sunday, November 7, 2021.
This year, the festival will once again be held primarily via online streaming from "Château Mercian Katsunuma Winery" (Koshu City, Yamanashi Prefecture), and will also connect live with the UK to share the appeal of Japanese wine internationally.

Collaborating wineries expanded to 10 wineries!
Last year, Katsunuma Jyozo, Marufuji Winery, Soryu Winery, and Diamond Winery—all resonating with the ambition to "make Japan one of the world's renowned wine regions"—participated in this wine festival, and remarkably, six more wineries are joining them this year.
Newly joining are well-known wineries that every Japanese wine fan knows, such as Kurambon Wine, Chateraise Belle-forêt Winery, Haramo Wine, MGVs Winery, Manns Wines, and Morita Koshu Winery.
There will be talk events featuring 11 wineries including Château Mercian, streaming videos introducing each company, and mail-order sales of specially selected wines from each producer.
Expanding cross-industry collaborations!
Last year, the collaboration between Château Mercian and UNITED ARROWS LTD. (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo) became a hot topic, and their collaboration continues again this year.
A limited-edition "UNITED ARROWS × Château Mercian Collaboration Polo Shirt" will reportedly be produced.
In addition, FANCL CORPORATION and All Nippon Airways Co., Ltd. (ANA) are newly participating this year.
