Founded in 1892
The winery grows grapes in its own vineyards on Torikamizaka in Akayu, Nanyo City, Yamagata Prefecture,
and makes wine right in the heart of Akayu Onsen.
With the motto “technology imitates nature,” it continues to explore what it truly means to be rooted in a place.
It has reclaimed its own Torikamizaka vineyards, keeps sheep, makes wine, and works day and night to protect and develop agricultural culture and the grape-growing region.
