ABOUT
~Founded in 1892 (Meiji 25)~ We cultivate grapes in our own vineyards located on Toriagesaka, Akayu, Nanyo City, Yamagata Prefecture, and make wine right in the heart of Akayu Onsen. With the motto "technology imitates nature," we pursue what it means to be rooted in the land. By clearing and cultivating our estate vineyards on Toriagesaka, raising sheep, and crafting wine, we work day and night aiming to protect and develop agricultural culture and grape-producing regions.
