Ms. Inoshita once ran a wine bar in Nara Prefecture as a sommelier.
Wanting to learn more about wine, she chose the path of winemaking.
After meeting her husband and moving to Miyoshi City, Tokushima Prefecture, she began making wine.
Since 2021, she has vinified at her own winery, Natan葡萄酒醸造所,
aiming for wines that blend naturally into everyday life.
The grapes come not only from the estate vineyard but also from various regions,
and the wines are fermented with wild yeast, unfiltered and made without additives.
