Natan葡萄酒醸造所

Ms. Inoshita previously ran a wine bar as a sommelier in Nara Prefecture. Wanting to learn more about wine, she chose the path of winemaking. After meeting her current husband, she moved to Miyoshi City, Tokushima Prefecture, and started making wine. Since 2021, she has been making wine at her own winery, "Natan葡萄酒醸造所," aiming to create wines that naturally blend into everyday life.

In addition to grapes from their own farm, they use grapes from various regions, and when it comes to vinification, the wine is fermented with wild yeast, unfiltered, and additive-free.
