About
Carefully selected grapes are brought in from contracted growers across Japan, including Yamanashi, Yamagata, and Hokkaido, and turned into wines that express the character of each region. The winery has only five fermentation tanks and produces just 12,000 bottles a year. Precisely because it is such a small winery, it can offer not only products but experiences: custom winemaking, hands-on vinification, and an up-close view of the entire production process. Just as an airport connects people across Japan and the world, the winery aims to connect grape growers from around the country with consumers through wine, while proposing a new way to enjoy the airport itself as a destination rather than merely a transit point.
