Vineyard
Our approach to winemaking is distinctive. The grapes are grown organically.
We use neither herbicides nor chemical fertilizers, and weeds are left to grow freely. The wine ferments naturally without added yeast or sugar, and we use no sulfur dioxide, making wine from grapes alone.
Wine grapes receive neither fertilizer nor irrigation; by putting the vines under controlled stress, the fruit develops greater concentration.
We grow them with minimal intervention.
Believing in this land's potential for grape growing, I intend to help establish it as a new wine region.
