Zenkojidaira's severe winter cold provides ideal conditions for brewing. Here, the brewery has long created soft, distinctive sake by taking time and care and valuing the strengths of hand craftsmanship. The warmth of that tradition remains alive today.
All grapes used for the winery's wines are grown in Japan.
