Ishikawa Prefecture's natural environment is blessed with beautiful satoyama and satoumi, boasting rich diversity in its organisms, soils, and climate. In a traditional machiya in Kanazawa, we craft wine from grapes cultivated in the diatomaceous earth of Suzu, the red clay of Anamizu, the sand dunes of Takamatsu in Uchinada, and the sedimentary soil of the Kahokugata reclaimed land. Through local agriculture and our winery, we share Ishikawa Prefecture's culinary culture with the world.
