Ishikawa Prefecture is blessed with beautiful satoyama and satoumi landscapes and rich diversity in its living things, soils and climate.
We vinify in a Kanazawa machiya townhouse grapes grown in places such as the diatomaceous earth of Suzu, the red soils of Anamizu, the dunes of Takamatsu in Uchinada, and the sedimentary soils of the Kahokugata reclaimed land.
Through local agriculture and our winery, we share Ishikawa’s food culture with the world.
