ニセコワイナリー (Niseko Winery)

This is the only winery in Niseko that produces and sells organic sparkling wine. Yasunori Honma, the owner of this winery, is both a winemaker and a grape grower. The lineup centers on German varieties such as Bacchus, Zweigeltrebe, Kerner, and Dornfelder.
