A 100% pure cider made exclusively from apples grown in Aomori Prefecture at the foot of the Shirakami-Sanchi World Natural Heritage site.
Fermentation uses a natural yeast derived from beech trees and discovered in the Shirakami-Sanchi area.
Its crisp, dry palate, accompanied by the fruity aroma of apples, pairs especially well with fresh fish dishes.
The apple varieties used for each batch change with the season.
