"Maker's Dinner - Triangle of Passion -" is an event where guests can enjoy pairings of Japanese wine "Grande Polaire", developed by Sapporo Breweries Limited, with a special menu created by two chefs: one who built the history of the French restaurant "Fleuve" and another who inherits its culinary traditions.
It is an exceptionally luxurious Maker's Dinner where you can enjoy the collaboration between Grande Polaire, Chef Shiogai, and Chef Kishimoto.
Details of the Maker's Dinner
For this occasion, the wines of Grande Polaire will be paired with a special collaboration menu woven by the two chefs, past and present, of the French restaurant "Fleuve."
To pair with "Okayama Muscat of Alexandria ＜Kaoru Blanc＞ 2021", featuring a gorgeous citrus aroma and a harmony of acidity and sweetness, Chef Shiogai will prepare "Kumoko Meunière with Brown Butter Sauce Accented with Setouchi Lemon Acidity."
Chef Kishimoto will prepare "Fugu Déclinaison: Prepared in Three Ways" to accompany "Yoichi Pinot Noir Blanc de Noirs ＜Traditional Method＞ 2020", which offers fresh acidity and savory saltiness.
The main dish, "Domestic Beef Tongue Ragout with a Hint of Osaka Daigen Miso Aroma", is paired with Grande Polaire's flagship wine, "Meritage 2017."
