NIKI Hills Winery began sales of “YUHZOME 2022” and “NEIRO Pet Nat 2024” on April 1.
“YUHZOME 2022” won a Silver Medal at one of the world’s largest wine competitions in 2024.

About YUHZOME 2022
“YUHZOME 2022” won Silver at the International Wine Challenge 2024, one of the world’s largest wine competitions.
YUHZOME is released only in years when grape quality is exceptional—a great vintage. Production is limited to just 500 bottles, so it has traditionally been sold mainly at the winery, but this time a limited quantity will also be available through selected retailers.
The wine combines aromas of raspberry jam and violet with spices such as clove, ginger and cardamom, plus fine cacao and bitter chocolate. A smooth entry is followed by pleasant tannins spreading across the palate.
About NEIRO Pet Nat 2024
Also released the same day, “NEIRO Pet Nat 2024” is a pétillant naturel based mainly on Bacchus, blended with Pinot Blanc and Muscadet.
It is fermented with wild yeast and made by the ancestral method without additives. Its lower alcohol makes it a casual wine to enjoy alongside fresh aromas.
Pear, grapefruit and citrus freshness mingle with a gentle lactic note.
After a smooth attack, lively acidity adds definition, with pleasant tannins on the finish.
This wine is also sold mainly at the winery, with limited distribution through selected retailers.
“YUHZOME 2022” will receive a special online release of only 10 bottles from 1:00 p.m. on April 2.
