About the "8th Chef's Bar in Yatsugatake 2025"
The "8th Chef's Bar in Yatsugatake 2025" is a gastronomic feast organized by the Chef's Bar Executive Committee and the Kobuchisawa New Living Base Council, where popular chefs from Yatsugatake showcase their finest culinary creations.
Chefs running popular restaurants around Hokuto City gather under the theme of "conveying the charm of winter in Yatsugatake through food" to serve dishes made with seasonal local ingredients.
In addition, numerous food and drink booths are scheduled to be set up by local wineries, sake breweries, and shops.
Savor Fine Drinks Alongside Acclaimed Yamanashi Chefs!
The event gathers celebrated chefs active in Yamanashi Prefecture, including Chef Shinsaku Suzuki, an award winner in Destination Restaurants 2023—a list of Japanese restaurants selected by Japanese people for people around the world—
as well as Chef Sano, known as the "Gibier Prince," and Chef Yamashita, the "Magician of Spices."
Furthermore, the lineup of local alcoholic beverage booths will be extensive, featuring globally acclaimed brands such as "Shichiken," which is currently planning a world tour with Alain Ducasse.
Wine and craft beer will also be served, allowing guests to fully enjoy pairings with the culinary creations crafted by the chefs.
