Starting Monday, November 25, 2024, Part 2 of "Hokkaido Fair 2024" will be held at Tokyo Dome Hotel's Super Dining "Rilassa."
Menu items using Hokkaido-produced wine are also reportedly being prepared.

About "Hokkaido Fair 2024"
This year's "Hokkaido Fair 2024" held at Tokyo Dome Hotel features ingredients filled with the passion of producers met by the chef, who traveled over 1,100 km across Hokkaido.
Dishes packed with ideas gained from actually tasting the foods are offered in a buffet style.
In this Part 2, continuing from Part 1, the chef's carefully crafted arrangement menu centers on popular Hokkaido ingredients such as red snow crab, scallops, and autumn salmon, as well as Hokkaido rice, vegetables, and dairy products.
The flavors of Hokkaido can be enjoyed right in Tokyo.
Menu Items Using Wine as Well
In Part 2 of "Hokkaido Fair 2024," appealing dishes are offered, including the Rilassa Original Seafood Parfait (dinner only), Seafood Risotto Paella Style made with Nanatsuboshi rice from Tanaka Farm in Rankoshi Town, and Raclette Cheese Gratin with Hokkaido Colorful Potatoes and Kurobuta Pork Bolognese from Ikeda Town, Tokachi.
In addition, the Beef Stew Flavored with "Yamasachi" Red Wine from Ikeda Town, Tokachi (dinner only), made with aromatic red wine from Tokachi, is a dish that pairs perfectly with wine.
