VI.VA has attracted significant attention, winning top awards at prestigious international competitions shortly after its development.

Here are the details.

About "VI.VA"

"VI.VA" is a new generation alcoholic beverage made from Chardonnay, malt, and hops.

The Chardonnay is fermented with Champagne committee yeast and wild yeast, while the malt and hops are fermented with Champagne yeast.

The two are blended at the optimal timing, and through three fermentations, "VI.VA" is born.

The ingredients are 100% Belgian and 100% natural.

No sulfites are used.

Furthermore, because it is gluten-free, it is an alcoholic beverage that even those who cannot drink beer due to allergies can enjoy with peace of mind.

The Taste of "VI.VA"

"VI.VA" achieves a completely new aroma and flavor never seen before, blending the aromas of Chardonnay, malt, and hops.

The subtle sweetness and rich acidity derived from Chardonnay, the body and umami from malt, and the delicate bitterness from hops harmonize into one.

In addition, it can be aged, and it is said that as vintages pass, the bubbles settle down and the flavors gain further depth.

Being imported this time is VI.VA Extra Brut.

Notes of barley and hops are accompanied by various citrus fruits, a floral bouquet, passion fruit, and pineapple.

As an aperitif, it pairs well with all kinds of appetizers, and as a drink during meals, it is said to be perfect for delicate dishes, particularly fish and light meat dishes.
