"~Taste of Hokkaido~ Maker's Dinner" is a regular event where UNWIND HOTEL & BAR Otaru invites winemakers and sommeliers to enjoy pairings of Hokkaido wines with cuisine from the hotel restaurant "THE BALL."
The hotel focuses on the potential of the rapidly growing towns of Yoichi and Niki near Otaru, which are highly acclaimed worldwide as wine-producing regions.
Viewing the hotel as a platform to share information, the event is held regularly in hopes of conveying the appeal of Hokkaido wine to even more people.
About This Maker's Dinner
Invited to this 10th Maker's Dinner is Camel Farm Winery, established in 2014.
It is a winery that makes the most of the cool Yoichi terroir, handling everything from grape cultivation to winemaking in an integrated manner.
It is also known for winning numerous awards at international wine competitions such as the Decanter World Wine Awards and the International Wine Challenge in London.
