Hilton Nagasaki to Hold Special Dinner with Miyazaki’s Tsuno Wine on October 9

On Friday, October 9, 2026, the teppanyaki restaurant at “Japanese Restaurant Tamatsurumi” inside Hilton Nagasaki will hold a special collaboration dinner with Tsuno Wine of Tsuno, Miyazaki Prefecture.

The one-night-only pairing dinner will feature autumn ingredients alongside wine.

Tsuno Wine President Seiji Akao to Attend

Tsuno Wine makes wine using 100% grapes grown in Tsuno, Miyazaki Prefecture. The winery has earned international recognition, including selection by a British wine publication among “100 of the most exciting wines now,” and is one of Kyushu’s leading wineries.

Seiji Akao, President and Representative Director of Tsuno Wine Co., Ltd., will attend the dinner.

Akao previously worked for the Tsuno Town government as a wine specialist, where he was involved in grape cultivation and experimental winemaking and also contributed to the launch of Tsuno Winery.

Guests can enjoy this one-night-only dinner while hearing directly from the producer about his approach to winemaking and the terroir of Tsuno.
