About TSUKIHI
TSUKIHI is a winery restaurant operated by Eighteenths Corporation, which built Fukui Prefecture’s only winery.
Guests pass through a substantial door beside the winery and down a high-ceilinged corridor to reach the restaurant, where large windows provide panoramic views of Mt. Hino.
The fields in front of the restaurant change with the seasons, creating a setting where diners can immerse themselves in fine cuisine while enjoying Echizen’s magnificent, beautiful landscape.

TSUKIHI is a restaurant built around careful attention to detail.
The architecture makes use of traditional Echizen crafts, tableware and cutlery include Echizen lacquerware, and guests can also enjoy pairings with local natural wines.
Cooking incorporates traditional okibi embers to draw out the umami of ingredients, while a charcoal oven made by Spain’s Mibrasa has been introduced for the first time in Japan.
