About the Project
The "Construction Project for Echizen City, Fukui's First Winery-Attached Restaurant, 'TSUKIHI'" is a project aimed at opening a restaurant attached to Echizen City's first winery in Fukui Prefecture.
The project organizer is 18th Corporation Co., Ltd., which began cultivating grapes on abandoned farmland in Echizen City, Fukui Prefecture in 2020 and is engaged in brewing additive-free, unfiltered natural wines that make the most of the raw ingredients. The project seeks support for "TSUKIHI," a winery-attached restaurant scheduled to open in February 2025.
Opening the stately door next to the winery and passing through a high-ceilinged corridor leads to the restaurant, designed so guests can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of Mount Hino through large windows.
About the Returns
The target amount for this project is 200,000 yen.
Returns include exclusive wines available only through this crowdfunding campaign, as well as dinner course tickets to enjoy meals at "TSUKIHI" at a great value.
Commemorating the restaurant's opening, the wines are special bottlings limited to 200 bottles of each type (Red/White, 375ml / 750ml).
In addition, special tickets featuring a dinner course paired with alcoholic beverages centered on in-house wines are also on sale.
