On Wednesday, February 21, Shirogane Zansou, operated by Positive Dream Persons Inc., will present a special collaboration dinner with Suntory Tomi no Oka Winery.
This is a one-night-only dinner course where guests can immerse themselves in the charms of wine alongside the visiting producer.
Here are the details.
About the Collaboration Dinner
Shirogane Zansou is a restaurant that selects one region from Japan's 47 prefectures each month, presenting an original single course crafted by the chef that incorporates ingredients and cooking methods native to that land.
This time, a course themed around the highly popular region of "Hokkaido" has been prepared.
The dishes will be paired with six Japanese wines, including Tomi no Oka Winery's flagship wine "Tomi Red" and the highly rare "Tomi no Oka Series."
