On Friday, September 27 and Saturday, September 28, "Noto Dinner" will be held at The Tokyo EDITION, Toranomon's signature restaurant, The Jade Room + Garden Terrace.

About the Dinner Event
"Noto Dinner" is a two-night-only event held at The Jade Room + Garden Terrace, the signature restaurant of The Tokyo EDITION, Toranomon.
This event was brought to life after British-born Chef de Cuisine Richard McLellan met producers in Noto this summer, where he was deeply impressed by the natural beauty and ingredients of Noto, as well as the passion and personalities of the creators.
The 7-course dinner menu will feature Noto beef and seafood, alongside vegetables and herbs meticulously cultivated by small-scale producers, including NOTO Taka Farm, which practices organic farming in the rich red soil of Notojima.
Wines from Ishikawa Prefecture Too!
Paired with this special menu abundant in Noto ingredients are alcoholic beverages from the Hokuriku region.
The lineup will feature wines from "HEIDEE WINERY" (Wajima City, Ishikawa Prefecture) and "SAYS FARM" (Himi City, Toyama Prefecture), as well as renowned selections from wineries and sake breweries across Ishikawa and Toyama prefectures.
Head Sommelier Masakatsu Yatabe explains that he curated the "Discovery Noto Pairing" to accompany the course menu themed around Noto ingredients, selecting "wines of the sea" that combine the passion of distinctive producers with grapes nurtured by the mineral-rich terroir brought forth by the natural environment of the Noto Peninsula.
