On May 31, THE NIIGATA Bit GINZA celebrated its grand opening on Ginza Suzuran Street.
The restaurant is located on the 8th floor of the same building as Niigata Prefecture's new antenna shop, "Ginza Niigata Information Center THE NIIGATA."

THE NIIGATA Bit GINZA is a restaurant dedicated to Niigata, located on the 8th floor of the same building as Niigata Prefecture's new antenna shop, "Ginza Niigata Information Center THE NIIGATA."
Based on the concept of "Living with Niigata," the restaurant was born from the desire to focus as much as possible on Niigata's food and products, to strive for the development and promotion of Niigata, and to play a role as Niigata Prefecture's antenna shop to further showcase the region.

True to a restaurant dedicated to Niigata, guests can fully enjoy the charms of Niigata from ingredients to drinks.
The dedication runs so deep that ingredients, drinks, seasonings, products, and tableware are all sourced from Niigata.
The dinner course features the NIIGATA Full Course, which uses ingredients from the Joetsu, Chuetsu, Kaetsu, and Sado regions, an amuse-bouche served on a plate shaped like Niigata Prefecture, and plenty of seasonings that have won Niigata Gastronomy awards in addition to local ingredients.
The beverages also focus on alcoholic drinks from Niigata, such as craft beers Ema and Rico (Tsumari Beer, Tokamachi), sake Junmai Daiginjo ARATA (Minenohakubai Shuzo), red wines Merlot Cabernet and Cabernet Franc, and white wine Chardonnay (Fermier).
This restaurant promises to be an attractive spot where you can thoroughly savor Niigata.
