From January 15 through April 14, Hotel Metropolitan Kawasaki’s Terrace and Table will hold a “Miyazaki Fair.”
The fair will showcase the appeal of Miyazaki cuisine through a buffet menu, with Tsuno Wine also available.

About the “Miyazaki Fair”
The Miyazaki Fair at Terrace and Table presents the culinary appeal of Miyazaki Prefecture through a buffet.
The first half focuses on Nobeoka City, while from March 1 the spotlight shifts to food from Miyakonojo City.
The menu was devised by the restaurant’s Executive Chef Miyashita after he personally visited Miyazaki Prefecture.
Guests can enjoy a range of dishes made with ingredients from Miyakonojo and elsewhere in Miyazaki.
Plenty of Miyazaki Drinks Too
Miyazaki alcoholic beverages can also be enjoyed throughout the fair.
From distilleries in Miyakonojo come sweet-potato and barley shochu from Yanagita Shuzo and Oura Shuzo, both with roots dating back to the Meiji era.
Tsuno Wine, made with locally grown grapes, will also be served, allowing guests to enjoy flexible buffet-style pairings.
It is a generous opportunity to experience the flavors of Miyazaki.
