The Fairfield by Marriott Michi-no-Eki Project will hold a winery dinner with Kyotamba producer Tamba Wine on Saturday, September 20.
The popular event is limited to guests staying that night at Fairfield by Marriott Kyoto Kyotamba.

About the Winery Dinner
The Tamba Wine Winery Dinner, which lets guests experience the appeal of Kyotamba, Kyoto Prefecture, has been well received each time since it began in 2022.
This edition will offer a premium pairing dinner: a full local-course menu featuring seafood from Kyoto Prefecture and abundant seasonal vegetables from Kyotamba, together with non-commercial back-vintage wines.
About the Menu
The course includes:
★ Dinner: amuse-bouche, appetizer, pasta, fish dish, meat dish, dessert, coffee + four pairing wines
The pairing wines are selected by Tamba Wine's winemaker from long-aged back vintages that are not sold commercially.
It is a premium experience possible precisely because the dinner is held at the winery. Guests are invited to look forward to discovering which vintages will be served on the day.
