From April through July 2025, the Fairfield by Marriott Michi-no-Eki Project will again hold special dinner events in collaboration with Tamba Wine, a winery in Kyotamba, Kyoto Prefecture.
The events are limited to guests staying at Fairfield by Marriott Kyoto Kyotamba on the day of each event.

About the “Tamba Wine Winery Dinner”
The “Tamba Wine Winery Dinner” is a popular event held at Fairfield by Marriott Kyoto Kyotamba.
The event, which lets guests experience the appeal of Kyotamba, has been held since 2022 and has been well received each time.
Kyotamba is blessed with fertile soil and a climate with large differences between daytime and nighttime temperatures, producing abundant agricultural products and earning the area a reputation as a “treasure house of ingredients.”
From April through July 2025, the monthly programs include a wine assemblage (blending) experience with a winemaker, tours of vineyards and winery facilities, and an ultimate farm-to-table dinner featuring a local Kyotamba hunter.
