On Saturday, April 20, 2024, Social Welfare Corporation Sun Vision Sansan Winery will release four types of Japanese wine as part of their Trial Series.
Here are the details.
About the "Trial Series"
With global climate change significantly impacting viticulture, Sansan Winery has been taking on the challenge of various grape varieties with the aim of creating Japanese wine that expresses the terroir of Shiojiri, Shinshu.
The "Trial Series" consists of wines bottled from raw materials at low-yield stages from these experimental efforts, or through experimentally introduced cultivation methods and winemaking techniques.
