The meticulous blend that brings out the fruity aroma and fruitiness characteristic of Niagara is possible precisely because of winemaking techniques.
It is said to be finished with a taste that you will never tire of drinking, focusing not only on the balance of sweetness and acidity, but also on the lingering finish, just like a wine.
Since it is said that you can enjoy the fresh fruitiness of Niagara, it can be called a must-drink for Japanese wine lovers.
About "Niagara Blanc"

Now, what kind of wine is "Niagara Blanc" in the first place?
This wine is a sweet white wine made with 100% Niagara, a white grape from Hokkaido.
*This popular bottle is harvested around September every year, processed immediately, bottled after a short fermentation period of about 2 months to maximize freshness, and goes on sale in early December.
While having a sweet, mellow aroma reminiscent of Muscat, it offers moderate acidity and a fresh taste.
Popular for its refreshing and easy-to-drink flavor, it is one of the premier long-selling products of St. Cousair Winery, loved for over 20 years.
*Harvesting, processing, and sales launch timings may vary depending on the year.
