On Sunday, December 14, 2025, Manns Wine Co., Ltd. will hold the first special lunch event “Solaris Harmony — A Poem of Sound, Wind and Grapes,” in collaboration with renowned Karuizawa restaurant Ristorante Kobayashi.
It will be a special lunch where Solaris wines and music come together.

About the Event
Solaris Harmony is a special event where wine, music, and the nature of Karuizawa resonate together, and this will be its first edition.
Guests can enjoy wines from Manns Wine’s premium Solaris series alongside a special course created by Ristorante Kobayashi for the day.
Performers active today, primarily artists based in Shinshu, will also gather especially for Manns Wine.
Guests include the Manns Special Quartet and Kentaro Ryuko of the Fujiwara Opera Company, who will present an afternoon of canzone music.
Food and Wine
Ristorante Kobayashi of Karuizawa will serve a special course including:
・Appetizer: Seasonal assortment
・Pasta: Amatriciana with house-made Karuizawa pancetta
・Main: Shinshu Golden Gamecock
・Dessert: Castella specially made by Karuizawa Tachibori
Manns Wine’s top Solaris series will accompany the course.
The venue is Manns Wine Komoro Winery, and participation is ¥8,000 including tax, food, wine, and music charge.
