The "Sasaichi Shinshu Matsuri" will be held over two days on Saturday, November 11 and Sunday, November 12, at "Sasaichi Sake Brewery" in Otsuki City, Yamanashi Prefecture.
This is a special event unveiling freshly crafted 2023 sake and Japanese wine.

About Sasaichi Shinshu Matsuri
The Sasaichi Shinshu Matsuri is a new-release festival by Sasaichi Sake Brewery, the only brewery in Yamanashi that brews both sake and Japanese wine.
It is a one-of-a-kind festival where visitors can enjoy this year's newly released sake alongside fresh Yamanashi Nouveau.
Across these two days, guests can enjoy a total of 19 varieties of sake and Japanese wine crafted by Sasaichi Sake Brewery, featuring not only the brewery's prized sake, but also 2023 Yamanashi Nouveau releases from its wine brand "OLIFANT," including "OLIFANT Koshu 2023, OLIFANT Muscat Bailey A 2023, and OLIFANT Delaware 2023."

At "Sasaichi Shinshu Matsuri," four prominent Yamanashi restaurants will make special pop-up appearances.
Exclusively for this event, they will serve dishes paired with Sasaichi Sake Brewery's sake and wine.
